The law of attraction is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences. For example, if you focus on negative thoughts then you remain under that thought, and everything that occurs you’ll think is negative. However, if you remain positive and set goals you will eventually achieve them in greatness. With that said create a positive picture of your life followed by making positive choices and great actions to live a more happier lifestyle.

Begin by reminding yourself how awesome you are. Look in the mirror and motivate yourself with positive compliments. Adjust your tone when you talk about yourself and be more positive. You are NOT a failure. You ARE beautiful . You ARE brave. You CAN succeed. Allow yourself to feel good about the progress you are about to make. Indulge in positivity to let the negativity exit. 

Have faith, courage and a fixated attitude to cope with any negativity life may throw at you. Of course not every day will be pleasing and happy but how you react to the gloomy days encourages your positive attitude and behavior to carry on the day without depression. Also, I found that continuously being thankful and reflecting on my blessings created more positive outcomes throughout my day. after all we all have things not everyone has.

Surround yourself with other positive people! Nothing helps being happy then being around other smiles! Someone who is constantly being rude and negative around you can rub off on you and damage your vibes. Being around people who only want greatness, happiness and success encourages your own self to want to be just as great. And inspire others with your positivity so that they too may enjoy a better tomorrow. 

Another reason why we should practice positivity is because it opens your mind to great opportunities and new ideas. With a positive mindset you see the great in a new open door, instead of always doubting and feeling like you can’t accomplish greatness. You also listen to others with intent to agree so you understand how they feel and can maneuver your judgement and thoughts accordingly. Now that you know why and how you should practice positivity more in your daily schedule, start off with a smile.
